When you use our Arbutin Niacinamide Serum for the first time: 

IMPORTANT: Please note that all serums can sometimes create irritations for people with very sensitive skin or uncommon allergies. As with any skincare product, we suggest doing a Patch Test on a small area of skin on your neck to make sure the formula is a good fit for you. Allow 24 hours to measure skin sensitivity to the product. Once you determine there is no problem with the patch test you should (1) Wash your face and then dry (2) Apply a small amount to your entire face, neck and décolletage area, (3) Allow to dry (4) Follow with a moisturiser.
