Refund policy
We offer a 28-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 28 days to your original payment method.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
